The scope of services will be defined at the time of booking. 2. Consultation and Editing Consultation: Packages include a consultation to discuss essay ideas, themes, and structure. Editing: Depending on the package, clients receive one or more rounds of edits, focusing on content, structure, and grammar. Final Review: A final proofreading ensures essays are polished and ready for submission. 3. Payment Terms Fees: All payments are made upfront and vary based on the package. Payments are required before services begin. Payment Methods: We accept credit, debit, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Refunds: Once work has started, no refunds will be issued. Credits for future services may be offered in exceptional cases at VMotiv8's discretion. 4. Client Responsibilities Originality: Clients must ensure all essays are their own work. VMotiv8 does not engage in unethical practices like writing essays on behalf of clients. Timely Communication: Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary materials to ensure smooth progress. Delays may affect editing timelines. 5. Turnaround Time Standard Review: Edits are typically completed within 3-7 business days, depending on the package. Expedited Review: For faster feedback, expedited services are available for an additional fee, with a 48-hour turnaround time. 6. Confidentiality VMotiv8 treats all client information and essay content confidentially and will not share it with third parties unless required by law. 7. Limitation of Liability VMotiv8 provides feedback to help improve essays but cannot guarantee admission to any specific school, as the admissions process is influenced by various factors beyond our control. 8. Termination of Services VMotiv8 reserves the right to terminate services if clients do not comply with this policy, including failure to provide timely responses or engaging in plagiarism. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. 9. Amendments VMotiv8 reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
