Cancellation Policy
VMotiv8 is committed to supporting students and families through a structured, results-driven program designed to ensure academic success throughout high school. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the High School Success Mastery Program. The program includes: A Comprehensive Academic Success Plan (grades 9-12). A Personalized High School Course Roadmap tailored to individual goals. Organizational Tools and Progress Metrics to track achievements. Annual Course Planning Check-In sessions. Ongoing support for skill development and mentorship. Terms and Conditions 1. Program Duration and Participation The program provides guidance throughout high school (grades 9-12). Families must actively participate, attending scheduled consultations and implementing recommendations. 2. Payment and Refund Policy Payment: Full payment is required upfront or through an approved payment plan. Refunds: Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if no services have been rendered. Pro-rated refunds are available for unused services within the first 12 months. No refunds will be provided after 12 months from the enrollment date. 3. Missed Sessions Families must notify VMotiv8 at least 48 hours in advance if they cannot attend a session. Rescheduling will be accommodated when possible. General Terms 1. Confidentiality Student and family information will remain confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law. 2. Intellectual Property All materials provided during the program are proprietary and for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited. 3. Program Modifications VMotiv8 reserves the right to update program offerings. Families will be notified of significant changes in advance. 4. Termination of Services VMotiv8 may terminate services if families fail to comply with program guidelines or exhibit inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 5. Limitation of Liability VMotiv8 is not liable for outcomes dependent on the student’s engagement or external factors beyond our control.
